WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED

Family/party member names who are to be included in the shoot

Your photographs will be stored electronically in the UK and also in the United Sates by Shootproof and/or Pic-Time. Both Shootproof and Pic-Time use standard industry security practices to protect your personal information. HOW IS INFORMATION STORED

Karolina Webb Photography will only use and store information for so long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for. The length of time information will be stored depends on the type information in question and what it is being used for. If, for example, you specifically ask us not to send you marketing emails, we will stop storing your emails for marketing purposes (though we will keep a record of your preference not to be emailed).

We continually review what information we hold and delete anything that is no longer relevant. We never store payment card information.

We send your photographs as jpg digital files to a our third party print suppliers, including Folio Albums (prints and albums), and Loxlie Colour (prints and framed artwork).
